MONSTA X Brings The Heat With Online Concert “Live From Seoul With Luv”
Monsta X makes the August heat hotter with their online concert “LIVE From Seoul With Luv.”
On August 9, 12 PM KST, Monsta X held a concert through Live X Live, a digital media platform focused on music and live performance. Monbebes’ can go to Live X Live’s website and watch the Livestream of Monsta X’s concert! The event was previously postponed due to Shownu’s eye surgery, but the day has finally come.
Monsta X began the concert with their 2019 track, Follow. The boys brought the hype with their sharp choreography and impressive stage. They performed their hit songs like Dramarama, Shoot-Out, and Hero. Additionally, they included a handful of English songs such as Play It Cool, Happy Without Me, and Who Do You Love. The concert also provided cheers and chants of fans from previous concerts to maintain the same vibe an in-person show would have.
The members greeted the audience with so much enthusiasm, evident to how much they missed being on stage and seeing their supporters. Fortunately, for international fans, the event provided an English translator for when the Monsta X members spoke. More fans get to join in on the fun and not fall behind because of language barriers.
Fans were gifted with a ‘Special Talk With Luv,’ where the boys get to sit down and relax while everyone gets caught up with their lives. Every time the stage changes and we see those yellow and red couches, it is time to relax and listen to the boys talk about different topics. The members talked about what they have done while staying at home during the pandemic, some behind-the-scenes memories of their past concerts and tours, etc. Monsta x also answered some fan questions that popped up in the live chat.
There was a creative VCR while the boys prepare for their next stage. The format was played out as being in a group chat with Monsta X. Through this, the chats work like an interview for each individual member, their charms shining through while they answered the questions given.
Overall, ‘Monsta X LIVE From Seoul With Luv’ successfully given us a performance that made it feel like we were watching the concert live. They kept up the high energy and made Monbebes feel connected to them through their talk segments. Surely, for international fans, they won’t be able to sleep after watching the concert.
