This tour has been on everyone’s bucket list, and it has certainly lived up to the hype. Selling out almost every stop on the tour in the United States, Latin America, and Europe, the “SYNK: HYPER LINE” tour has become one of the hottest events of the summer.

The show began with a cinematic VCR featuring the girls, offering a glimpse into the aespa universe. Their ae’s along with Naevis, even made an appearance. The show officially opened with the song “Girls,” an album that broke records at the time of its release, selling over 1 million copies on the first day. This achievement made aespa the third K-pop girl group to achieve such a feat. As the song progressed, fans were surprised to see member Winter perform an electrifying guitar solo in the middle of the performance, adding to the excitement of the night.

Without taking a break, aespa transitioned into their introduction song, “ænergy.” SM is known for having their groups create an introduction track that tells everyone who they are and what they’re about, and “ænergy” accomplishes just that. Continuing on a high note during the second half of the show, aespa sang some of our favorites such as “Savage,” “Illusion,” “Thirsty,” and “Dreams Come True.”

During the talk portion of the show, the members shared some of the things they did in Dallas, with Giselle mentioning that they tried Texas Barbecue for the first time.

Another exciting part of the show was aespa’s solos. Sprawled throughout the show fans got a chance to see the girls show off their individual talents. Winter performed her song “Lips,” Karina performed “Menagerie,” Giselle sang “2HOT4U,” and Ningning performed her song “Wake Up” which was actually written by the multi-platinum songwriter Charlotte Wilson.

As the show began to come to a close, the girls debuted their new single, “Better Things,” an uptempo summer track that discusses not wanting to waste time on a significant other who is uncertain about their relationship. They also performed their debut track, “Black Mamba,” alongside their ae’s.
