Opening Performance’s:

Beginning the show in true IU fashion, she levitated gracefully onto a U-shaped stage. Opening with the ‘Holssi‘ intro, she then introduced herself, stating that she was ready to enjoy the night to the fullest and hoped the crowd was ready too.

IU also talked about a small keepsake given to all attendees, mentioning that it was a gift from her mom. She then sang some of our favorites like ‘BBIBBI,’ ‘Obliviate,’ and ‘Celebrity.’

She demonstrated true storytelling through the intro to ‘Celebrity,’ where a girl seemed to represent a younger version of IU. Sat in the middle of the stage, looking slightly afraid.

As the performance went on, she ran to each side of the stage, waving happily to the crowd. The small intro depicted IU as a child finding her confidence.

A Visual Storybook:

IU’s show was not just any concert; it was a visual storybook broken into four parts. The first part was Hypnotic, featuring the songs ‘Holssi,’ ‘Jam Jam,’ ‘Ah Puh,’ ‘BBIBBI,’ and ‘Obliviate.’

Part two was Energetic, featuring the energy-charged songs ‘Celebrity,’ ‘Blueming,’ ‘Eight,’ ‘Coin,’ and ‘I Stan U.’

Part three was Romantic, where she slowed things down with the songs ‘Havana,’ ‘Meaning of You,’ and ‘Strawberry Moon,’ where she changed the lyrics to ‘Blueberry Moon’ specially for Atlanta. She ended this section of the concert with what she described as her favorite song, ‘Through the Night.’
