Link: Love, Eat, Kill Review
Link: Eat, Love, Kill is a fantasy romance drama starring Yeo Jin-Goo as Eun Gye- Hoon and Mun Ka-young as No da-Hyun. This drama tells the story of our leading man Eun Gye- Hoon, whose sister went missing 20 years ago and how he unexpectedly meets No da-Hyun. Their meeting turns both of their lives upside down as they uncover a hidden mystery between the two.
Although this is a romance drama it has a heavy emphasis on mystery and suspense. When our main characters decide to move back into their hometown, a whole lot of secrets and betrayals are revealed. How are all of these characters linked? Who can trust who? This drama does an amazing job of making us ask so many questions in one single episode from start to finish.
Each actor portrays their character well, they make the viewers feel what they feel, and even when they were frightened or worried, those emotions were portrayed wonderfully, that it could have you gripping your seat from the suspense. Just when you think you’ve figured out what’s going on, the next episode makes you question everything again.
The soundtrack was amazing as well, each song that was used beautifully captured each emotion the actors wanted to share with the viewers.
