IDID Debuts with First Album I did it Under Starship Entertainment

September 15, 2025 (Los Angeles, CA) – Starship Entertainment has officially launched its newest boy group IDID with the release of their debut album I did it. This marks the company’s first boy group debut in five years, following the success of artists like MONSTA X, WJSN, CRAVITY, and IVE.

IDID’s Debut Album I did it

The album features eight tracks, including the focus song “제멋대로 찬란하게 (CHAN-RAN)”, which highlights IDID’s bold style with hip-hop bass and bright rhythms. The accompanying music video captures the group’s raw energy in authentic moments—running, laughing, and celebrating youth without restraint.

The album also includes “STEP IT UP,” their pre-debut single released in July, which introduced fans to their confident and fearless approach to performance. Additional tracks like SLOW TIDE, ImPerfect, STICKY BOMB, and Blooming CROWN reflect the group’s emotional range, from vulnerability to determination.

Who Are IDID?

The seven members Jang Yonghoon, Kim Minjae, Park Wonbin, Chu Yoochan, Park Seonghyeon, Baek Junhyuk, and Jeong Semin were formed through the survival program Debut’s Plan, which premiered in March 2025.

True to their name, IDID stands for achievement and determination. The group embraces imperfection as part of their identity, creating music that is unfiltered, emotional, and true to their generation.

Early Impact and Performances

Before their official debut, IDID made an international appearance at KCON Los Angeles 2025, where they performed “STEP IT UP” and a cover of ENHYPEN’s “XO.” Their performance signaled their readiness to join the global K-pop stage.

IDID’s Artistic Identity

Rather than presenting a polished image alone, I did it captures the group’s spirit in the present moment youthful, experimental, and unapologetically authentic. With their distinct blend of vulnerability and high-energy sound, IDID positions themselves as one of 2025’s most notable rookie groups..
