Somi Reveals Hidden References in “What You Waiting For” M/V MAKING FILM

Somi takes us on a behind the scenes journey of her new video, “What You Waiting For.” In the making film, we learn a few fun facts about specific scenes. Like that, the name (ENNIK) on the house Somi destroys is her English name, which means “Sword” in Dutch. Somi revealed there are multiple sword references in the video, including the swords in her cake and the sword clip in her hair.

We also saw a few surprise guests, such as Somi’s sister and BlackPink’s Lisa.

In other news, “What You Waiting For” hit 10 million views within two days of its release, it now sits at a total of 14 million views. Her song also took over multiple charts upon its release. The track ranked in the top five on iTunes K-POP charts in nine regions of the world, including Indonesia, Thailand, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Taiwan, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Cambodia.
