TREASURE “THE FIRST STEP: CHAPTER TWO” OUT NOW!
On September 18, TREASURE released their most anticipated release titled “I Love You.” The trailer for the song came out earlier this week, leaving fans with intense curiosity and massive excitement. Everyone has been waiting for this single to release since the announcement from YG Entertainment, and the day has finally come!
Along with the music video, TREASURE released one other song as apart of their single-album. The album, like their previous comeback, has two songs; one is the title song “I Love You” and the other is, “Bling Like This”.
“I Love You” is a cute take on the emotions of a crush. Watching the video made me feel as if the music is trying to describe these indescribable feelings of love. At one point in the track, I got the impression that love is something soft and fragile. At other points of the song, love is something that is abrupt and strong; just like how the melody lets it beat drop into something like hard EDM.
The song is certainly something one of a kind and was unexpected coming from a rookie group like TREASURE but they have ,proven with their debut single “BOY” to not expect anything less from them.
Also, can we talk about rap? They definitely captured the audience with this impressive WOW factor. The song, the visuals, the vocals, and the rap all worked in harmony to create something mind-blowing from TREASURE this comeback!
