Heejin, Kim Lip, Jinsol, and Choerry win their lawsuit against Blockberry Creative
On Jan 13th, it was reported that LOONA members Heejin, Kim Lip, Jinsol, and Choerry won their lawsuit against Blockberry Creative and their contracts will be suspended. Haseul, Yeojin, Yves, Gowon, and Olivia Hye, however, lost their lawsuit. As a result, they will remain with the company. The court’s reasoning for their decision is that the remaining members’ contracts were revised a year ago and they didn’t think they were unfair.
When Blockberry Creative was asked about the rumors they stated “We’re looking into it.”
