TWICE Makes Victoria’s Secret History and Netizens are Mad about it?

TWICE just made history and the internet can’t stop talking about it.
The global sensation became the first Kpop girl group to perform at the coveted Victoria’s Secret show, marking a major milestone for both the group and the industry.

Their performance was everything fans hoped for. Elegant, powerful, and confidently TWICE. The group delivered a stunning stage that quickly went viral, and many of the outfits they wore sold out within hours of the broadcast. It was a visual feast that cemented TWICE’s influence beyond Kpop and into mainstream pop culture.

But of course, success online rarely comes without controversy.

Soon after the performance aired, netizens began accusing TWICE of lip-syncing, while others complained that the stage would’ve been better if all nine members were present.

The harshest criticism, however, was directed toward Tzuyu, with some claiming her vocals were “off” and calling her out so intensely that she eventually issued an apology.

What most of those critics didn’t know was that Tzuyu was actually sick. In her bubble message to fans, she mentioned that she had a sore throat, and that while she worked with a vocal coach before heading to New York, and drank tea with Honey. Her voice still felt off. Once this detail surfaced, ONCEs and Kpop fans rallied behind her, defending Tzuyu and emphasizing that she should never have to apologize for being sick.
