A2O MAY’s first EP, “PAPARAZZI ARRIVE,” is available on all streaming platforms. The 14-track project spotlights A2O Entertainment’s signature genre, “Zalpha Pop” – a blend of Gen Z and Gen Alpha influences – and includes pre-debut songs, unit performances, and solo tracks. The title track features a siren-like synth riff and dubstep-inspired beats paired with confident, ambitious lyrics that highlight the group’s dynamic vocal chemistry.
Chart Records and Global Reach

In only a few months, A2O MAY has set new benchmarks for Chinese pop acts in the U.S. market. Their pre-debut single “Under My Skin” became the first song by a Chinese group to enter the U.S. Top 40 Radio Chart, remaining there for two consecutive weeks. Their debut single “BOSS” achieved a five-week run on the chart, climbing from #35 to #32 – the highest position ever for a Chinese girl group – and surpassed 30 million views across Weibo and YouTube thanks to its viral Jump Rope Dance.
Their August release “B.B.B” topped the Daily New Songs Chart on QQ Music, China’s largest streaming platform, and earned the group the “Rookie Group of the Year” award at the 2025 Weibo Music Awards. With expanding popularity across Asia and North America, A2O MAY is quickly establishing itself as a new force in global pop.
The Vision Behind A2O MAY

Backed by K-pop pioneer Soo Man Lee and launched under A2O Entertainment, the group is the first to represent the label’s original genre “Zalpha Pop.” Their music merges futuristic production with emotional storytelling, building a bridge between cultures through sound and visual identity.
Adding to their momentum, A2O MAY attended the Amazon Studios premiere of “Lee Soo Man: King of K-Pop” in Los Angeles. The documentary celebrates the visionary producer’s legacy and featured appearances by Girls’ Generation members and Taemin of SHINee, placing A2O MAY among a lineup of established global icons.
